The sharing session is mainly based on my own experience in the UK. First of all, I would like to introduce our school’s teaching method, so that we can have a certain understanding of university’s way of learning. Then I will talk about my personal life. Finally, there will be tips and answers to some collected questions.
It is unbelievable that it is a year since I left WES and entered The Cardiff University. My life as a freshman was so busy, books have filled in all my times apart from courses. I either go study in the library, write essays or review the lessons. However, the school year is finished, I finally got a chance to come back to China, my hometown. I miss my family, local food and all people I know. It’s not only a year full of changes for me, but for WES too. WESer is publishing higher qualitied articles and students under my grade is preparing for A-Level tests.
Seeing you guys reminds me of the confused times of myself that no elder students can share experience with me and had to step on the UK along. For that, I hope to help you all as much as possible to get you prepared to the abroad life during this Sharing meeting. If you have any question on anything that’s related to the life after high school graduation that I can provide you with pieces of advises, please ask me on the meeting or post your ideas via the comment area of this article, I will choose some of the questions to answer. So, see you on the meeting!
